Its a relief that a suspect has been apprehended, yhough the life is gone and it would not lessen the pain of his family. Does the state in which this happen have death penalty as punishment? I hope so would want to see the culprit - whoever that is - executed. Not by injection but by hanging. And khaobadi, it seems that you are obsessed with hood and gangsta! (excuse my spelling there).
