on regional and language options, if you can't find sanskrit, then click on languages tab, click install files for complex script and right to left languages, check the box, click apply, then your computer is going to ask for a WINDOWS CD, if you have it, put it in, and browse into the CD drive, it should find the required file. then it will install ttf files, and ask you to reboot! then after that, follow the directions from control panel to regional to sanskrit. after installing, you hit alt+shift to go back and forth from SA(sanskrit) to EN(English)
