One thing I dont wanna return is the beuarocratic system. If you go to work somewhere you have to know some big politician. Ifyou dont know them, you are not promoted. If you are a hard worker you have to follow orders from politician's relatives. He does not work much but still gives you orders. If you need help, he doesnt know to do the simplest things. This is why I dont want to return to nepal.
