It is pretty obvious that India doesn't Nepalese to be united. That is why it will continue to harbor the maoists, voice with the parties, and silently agree with the king. If anyone of the 3 factors tend to get stronger than the other 2, it will even patch up the weaker 2 as seen in the maoist-party alliance. Weaker Nepal will only strength Indian special interest within Nepal....i guess it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
