ok!!!..thats a tough one hai!!! umm, why dont u check ur back of ur computer and see if the LAN/network or dsl cable is connected or not. IF it is, see if the there is a yellow lite or not!!! and then go to controll pannel>>>network and internet connections >>> network connection and right click local area connection and click enable!!!. i hope this solves ur problem :) this reminds me a this short video hai!!! which is down here :)
