Watched King Kong yesterday. Special effects are mind blowing. The action sequence in the island was amazing. But the story was... so so, well I sort of knew that when going in. I kept thinking how come Naomi Watts is not sufferring from massive whip-lash being jerked around so much by the Kong. Furthermore, in the wintry New York, why is she perfectly warm in that thin dress. Well, it is a popcorn popper, but it ain't no Lord of the Rings and I don't think it will surpass Titanic.
