Pic by Prem Nepali" That means instead of learning from their previous mistake they are ready to shoot more innocent people ... they would have done that if police had not come there in time.. Clearly this is something wrong in system, it was not a single psycho soldier that raised hell in nagarkot, it was system with uncontrolled and over power army...
