All of the above happened only after cleaning the site and collecting the bullets. Some eyewitness (video reports) tell that there was as much as 200 rounds of fires but it won't be surprising if committee finds out that there were only 20 rounds as the evidence has already been cleaned up to make it easier to come with any desired conclusion.
