Anybody seen Memoirs of Geisha yet? I guess it's already out in limited release and will have wide release on 23rd. I read the book, mighty interesting, but I wonder how the movie will be. One thing I don't understand is how come the main female characters (geishas) are NOT Japanese. I am going to watch King Kong tomorrow. I have seen the snippets of the old 1933 film and some parts of its corny 1950's ko sibling. From what I hear, this one is tyo duitai ko bau. Its XBOX game is not too bad either. I like watching movies at home when the DVD comes out. I have invested some money in the surround sound home theater, so I force myself to believe that it is better in DVD, hehehehehehe. Plus you get to watch the extras, hoina ta? Oh yeah, The Exorcism of Emily Rose is coming out in DVD next week. I am going to watch that, but not sure if I can be alone at home next few nights. Other DVDs I am looking forward to are: Serenity, Brothers Grimm, 2046, Wedding Crashers, The Constant Gardener, Transporter 2, Lord of War, Two for the money all of which are coming out within next two months.
