when some protesters threw stones at the road where Paras's car was coming(where no one got hurt), IGP's got suspended, Indra Neupane(not my relative) who got the blame got suspended including others who took actions... Now, lets see how many Colonels and Generals take the blame for this grave mistake by army personnel... Yes superior leaders are to be blame and need to take blame... may god bless the souls and nepal with peace...
