We are all sad and lost for words to hear the killings of 13 innocent villagers by a security personnel. Our heads are lowered with sadness. Our thoughts are with the family members of teh victims. Let us also wish a speedy recovery of the inured. We demand an immediate and independent enquiry of the incident. Human rights groups should be allowed access to the site and allowed to conduct their own investigation. Individuals found guilty should face severest of punishments. But in this our of sadness, we should also not lose our heads like the murderers. We should hold our sanity intact and not just start balming this and that when the fact-finding is in process. There are rumours that the political parties have called for a Nepal/Bandh onFriday. I do not know how true it is, but if it is, our heads will be lowered again. This time with shame.
