The Royal Nepalese Army (RNA) confirmed the incident Thursday morning and said that details were still awaited. "The incident is very unfortunate," an RNA official told Kantipur Online. The incident reportedly followed a minor scuffle between an army personnel, who is yet to be identified, and locals who were singing, drinking and dancing till late in the evening after a local fete at the temple.
