This is bad. This case is hopefully an extreme one, but like Hurray pointed out, we do a pretty shit job treating women - natives or tourists. I don't mean to scare (or offend) anyone but I honestly feel being careful these days in Nepal when you go out, especially if you are on your own, may not be such a bad idea after all.
