Yeh, restart and boot from CD. Make sure you set up the BIOS correctly so that it prioritizes the CD in the boot sequence. When you are done, choose "Shut down" or "Restart" whichever applicable and when you see the message like "Sending all processes the KILL signal" or sth like that, you can remove the CD. Next reboot should take you into Windows as usual. Keep rolling...
