What you don't realize is that (b) is a constant and present in every Nepali political equation. Your (a) already has (b) in it...You just don't realize it...
So it's like this:
Let's say you must choose one from the two debts:
b) X = i
a) Y = X + k
Where (i > 0 and k > 0 because i = India; k = King)
Would you prefer to have debt a over debt b? Do a simple math! Plug-in the numbers!
