Woman burns dad to death MALACCA: Police are looking for a mentally-ill woman who allegedly splashed her sleeping father with petrol and set him alight. The 72-year-old man, who was rushed to Muar Hospital, later died. Deputy state CID chief Supt Ariffin Sutan said a murder inquiry was underway. He added that the 33-year-old woman had apparently left the family home in Jalan Salim Sebatu, Sungai Rambai on a motorcycle after the incident yesterday. The man's 68-year-old wife said she was shocked to see her husband on fire. ?I tried to douse the fire as we fled the house,? she said. She said her husband had quarrelled with their daughter a few days ago, after she refused to take her medication.
