he's an asshole... but it is not the first time he has done this kind of stupid act.. few years ago, he was drunk and an inspector stopped him in baneswor, later he called him beat the hell out of him. asshole, simply asshole, dumb and stupid. poor police officers couldn't do anything when mass of people suddenly comes. he has power but he uses it very poorly, at least he should behave like a crown prince, not like gunda...
