May be I'm late to open this thread. As long as I knew about Dr. Ishwar Devkota, son of Rajeshwar Devkota, lives in Cary, North Carolina. If another person known by the same name lives in NY , I don't know about him. I'm totally unkown to the other people mention in the thread.
