Security forces arrested two district-level Maoist leaders, Nepal Samacharpatra reports. CPN (Maoist) 3 and 4 No. united area in-charge Dilliram Ghimere "Hikmat" and Dhundiraj Guragai "Chandu" were arrested Monday from Topgachi VDC. Lumari Lawati "Sugan", Manita Gurung and Shankar Dhungana were arrested in Panchthar.
