Two Maoists were injured in an encounter Sunday at Ranke bazzar, Annapurna Post reports. Security forces deployed to protect a tower of the Nepal Telecom and Maoists clashed. The clash erupted when Maoists attacked security guards of assistant minister for physical planning Jagat Gauchan visiting the district. Security forces arrested three suspected Maoists.
