Mr. Nepaali, Thanks for stopping by and inputting your valued comments. First of all, let me clarify that I do not claim to speak for ALL the Nepalese in the 3 continents. Its just that I expressed the opinion of the majority of Nepalese I had contact with through different means, including this very forum. I would appreiciate if you could point out the illogical matter in my earlier post. If you said that my post was lacking logic just for the sake of it, be my guest. Nowhere do I claim that pro-Monarch people are all-saints. But they, with the security apparatus in their grasp, handled the country much better before the so-called (illussioned?) People's Revolution of 1990. Agreed that we want to avoid the bloodshed of the past 10 years. Before the last decade, what bloodshed? When the policitcians had the temerity to do so much damage even when they did have control over teh army, its anybody's guess what might happend when Article 127 is not there. Make no mistake, I am for democracy, complete democracy. You are educated and I am educated. You and I would not vote for people like Jagat GAuchan or Khum Bahadur. But I do not want a democracy where votes can be bought for $1 each. I do not want a democracy where a corrupt individual amasses properties worth billions in 3 years and yet still manages to win the election. Do you understand now what I mean by votes that can be bought? Let the people in rural in Nepal get educated first. We are Ok with the monarchy + army rather than the political parties and the Maoists at the moment. By the way, they have complete democracy in Bihar in the REpublic of India, the greatest democracy. Educate people first and then we will fight for complete democracy. I have tried to answer your questions. Of course, you are free to disagree and opine otherwise.
