As I have mentioned earlier Buddhas walk middle path avoiding extremes.The "during the day"stunt of Ram Bomzan is purely pro-myth.Self-mortification was the path even Siddhartha Gautama avoided convinced it would not lead him to enlightenment.Ram Bomzan and his media image suggests he is practicing self-torture and unless he is a super natural human soul( it is impossible for anyone to stay hungry for six months),the notion that I dismiss period.Buddhism is a realization and realization comes from human experiences, but the society like ours that endorses idol worship culture asking favors with gods has expounded its own dogmatic look at the buddhist philosophy.
