Well I don't care what ever "TANTRA" comes in Nepal but to be in the leader position if they make following things mandatory then I guess Nepal will be little better place to live. 1. Must be Graduated from the geneuine University (Not Bihar's Certificate) 2. Must have experience in what ministry he/she is fighting for 3. Must be the residence of the city where is he/she fighting for 4. Must be able to read, write and understand Nepali and English 5. Must be in between 30-45 years in age 6. Must be ready to leave the post once his/her time is up 7. Must not try to lead citizen instead follow the citizen 8. Should atleas know what is computer, MS WORD, MS EXCEL, Internet and Email 10.
