In the MOU there is no provision of Maoists laying down arms, and Pemba Sherpa vows to continue the armed struggle?? Or is this a Maoist ploy to negotiate at front and rage a war on the side? Even if the Maoists lay down arms (if it ever happens, I doubt it) who can stop the maobadi guerillas who are trained and brain washed to waste the very leaders and ideology they themselves are going to become. Interesting and yet another dangerous turn of events!!
