No where in Prachanda's statement I can read about full commitment to disarm themselves. According to nepalnews "agreement has been reached [with the parties] to keep the Maoist armed forces and the royal army under the supervision of the United Nations? ok so what does this mean? they will keep all their weapons but just not do any attacking for the time being??? and the political parties agreed to it? wow what a bunch of patriots we have!
