Nirman,
Mine:
***********************************************
Million tiny sparkles,
Earth-bound, descending
In long curly serene swirls,
Flee stealthily and disappear
Into the penumbra of night's bosom,
From the eternal blaze,
The feral fire within, raging,
Clinging onto a decrepit rope
Of a wasted hope and fancy,
Like a dimming candle, doomed
About to blow out its last glow
Yet the eyes, that somehow
Dare dreaming the impossible,
Those frail fingers, that still
Harbour a secret wish
To caress your long thick hair,
Like a curtain in your virginal room,
About to be drawn as if
To deflect the embers of passion
And yet the lips, ever so young
To embrace the gloom of death,
With each gasp of breath, eager
To cradle life's last fleeting moments:
My dreams so far!
