Hello Web i got the info from my coworker who is HK chinese basically but has holiday house back in China. Few month back when we were having our company annual dinner party one of our coworker advise me to buy an house in China. (well ofcourse i m not ready yet) But as per they were saying the cost for 3 bedrooms cost around HK$100,000 in Shenzhen?!?! i m not so sure about the cost in Shanghai & Beijing since both of those area fully developed these days. But the main point here is IF they bought a house there how can they apply a visa and wht sort of visa will they get? Need to destroy Nepalese passport?? (Like IF i want to get HKSAR passport i need to destroy my Nepalese passport which i did not agree to do) I know language is one of the problem n they should take it as challenge and LEARN.
