I am no spokes person of Rabindra Mishra or Jitendra Raut, yet I felt need to answer to your genuine query. I too listen to BBC regularly. It is totally a subjective question and there are no lines drawn of degree of hardness or softness to the questions whether they are from the government and opposition. You DO NOT hear much grilling on the government side because they hardly speak. However, such comments like yours should be encouraged. And, there are some important factual errors. a) Interview with Tanka Dhakal was not done by Rabindra Mishra but by Suman Kharel. The interview is still on the website and can be listened to. b) Rabindra Mishra did not let Niranjan Thapa off the hook when he said FM radios cannot broadcast news. Mishra immidiately interrupted and said, FMs can, in fact, broadcast news and also pointed out that the Communication Minister was also wrong when he said FMs can't broadcast news. Again, the interview is still on the website and can be checked for confirmation. Like I said before, this is totally SUBJECTIVE in nature and obvioulsy you would like to hear more grilling when you are on the opposite side of the aisle. How much you would want to hear or enough is totally a personal preference. And we have every right to refute or even stop listening if BBC does not fulfill your exectations and I also know, BBC can't make every body happy. :-( Regarding, the article on KG, I did not find Rabindra Mishra biased or tilted towards him.
