Dude; you do not need a companionship to go to america. if my mum and my uncle who spoke no english and needless to say did not even write a word of nepali, forget english made couple a journeys to america, i am sure dude, you can atleast speak and write english. if you do not speak or write english then i would suggest to ask your friends or realatives to write a flash card. for example: HELP, (ON THE BACK) MALAAI MADATH GARNOO'S, BATHROOM, (ON THE BACK) WHERE IS THE BATHROOM, HUNGRY (ON THE BACK) MA LAAII BHOOG LAAGYOO.
