I do not understand why this is an issue for discussion. I really do not understand what explorer is trying to get at. As I mentioned before, the doctors have to complete Residency. After residency, there might be fellowship. Then the salary that they get is pretty good. Usually its from 250 gs to 300 gs. (Correct me if I am wrong anywhere). If a doc gives up that sal goes for private practice, he mustta be very good and should make better money. So, whats your point???
