I have recently installed a modem on my computer, but under device manage and under Modem, I get an exclamation sign and when I click on the properties, the device status says something like, "there is no enough resources for this device. Please disable other devices." I don't know what to do. I have already disabled the LAN card that is built in to the mother board. I even disabled it in bios. How can I get my modem to work? Please help.
