Dear Sochne Manchhe, I read it in news (Jana Aastha), he made donation to that university and some hall (going to be built) is being named with ROYALS; H.E. foreign minister got his education from russia and he made his arrangements during his recent visit to Russia. I know that if i give donation to make building here, they will name it after me. It's no different than Corrupt Chief Ministers in India getting doctorate during their tenure n' then after inside prison followed by court (watched in indian movie) n' later found out it's common everywhere. P.S. the code of conducts for NGOs released in Nepal today parallels with the similar decision in Russia. Both of these were abhored by human right activitists.
