Cracking. Plays captain whatever gurerrilla or something. Very funny too. Oh for your info, I read elsewhere that Johny Depp is playing in a new film called The Diving Bell and the Butterfly. Read the book first hai before watching the film. The book and its prose will touch you to the core - such a captivating read. It's an autobiography by a French journalist/writer - written after he had a stroke and was paralysed from head to toe. None of his limbs would work except his left eyelid which he could blink - his only form of communication. Someone would sit down by him whom he would dictate his mentally composed sentences, letter by letter by blinking his eyelid. The dictatee would utter the alphbets slowly, and he would blink his eyelid at the desired letter. That's how it worked, and you can imagin just how painstakingly slow and tedious the whole process would have been. What an extraordinary feat, don't you agree? I did watch the documentary as well but reading the book moved me genuinely. I was close to tears - not may books have that power. Beautiful. All very worth a try. Jean Dominique Bauby who 'wrote' the book, lived just long enough to see his memoir published in the spring of 1997; he died only days after the publication. Yeah, back to my old antics eh!
