That was for Nirman hai. With the decoder I can watch 40 odd channels including BBC 24, UK History, SKY news, ITV news etc. No, it's not a Pay TV per se. When you buy the decoder, that's a stand alone and yours for permannet. So, I dont have to subscribe to the tele networks etc. And besides, I watch tele very little - I have never got round to replacing my reading habit with anything else. Sad old git as I am! :))
