Chipledhunga, Thanks for the clarification. I remember the place as I was one of those reading free patrika posted around the park about one decade ago. I beleive it is still there, although not visible in the picture posted above. It should be a bit farther to the left. The building next to NBL has an Omega watch store, I recall vaguly now.
