Kanchi, you failed to mention the worst game of the week also goes to Vikes against Carolina. I could not watch this brutal thrashing by the Carolina, all credits to them btw for playing an excellent game. Delhomme was pretty. It was a marvellous exhibition of quartebacking. But again, what a loss for Minnesota. Can anything go bad for them at the moment? It has just gone worst. The loss of Dante will have a tremendous impact on the already struggling Vikes team who needed their QB to guide them. But now they have to rely on the arm of the old horse. I think the team tactics needs to change immediately. I don't think the Vikings are good through the air now that Dante is gone. The ground game should be impeccable. The duos of Moe Willams and Mewelde Moore can be a good one-two punch. Ocassional play action passes will result in big gains if the ground game becomes a weapon. They have got to get their receivers open through the ground attack. Mewelde Moore just scored his second touchdown in consecutive games. I think now Moe Williams needs to be converted from a short yardage specialist to a long yardage powerplay. Mike tice needs to get the two tied ends to immediately become active. The Vikes need the old Jim Kliensasser right away. We all know what he is capable of as he showed his class before his injury that sidelined him for the rest of the last year. But again, he is a super player. I think the idea behind throwing to a rookie Williamson one on one with the secondary looks like a bad one. Nate Burleson has shown flashes of genius ocassionally. He should be the target, rather than Williamson. And by the way! what a MNF in offer. Pats agaist Colts. Should be a treat!
