Hi there! One of my family friend tried for a US student visa 3 times and got rejected all three times under section 214B. it's been more than a year since that happened and is wishing to try it again ( any non immigrant visa) Some said , if applicant has been rejectd more than 3 times, the applicant's name goes into "blacklist". What is the truth to that and what do you ppl recommend ? I apprecaite your expertise!! Thanks in advance! sk
