When the case is in the court.... let's see how court gonna decide on it. Govt... ha ha.. it will always try to bring out the ordinance, when there is no house. If same ordinance was instead presented in the house as bill and endorsed by th emajority of the MPs, it would have become Law. So ordinance itself is fine.. will have to live with it. The real question now is, is that ordinance respecting the Maulik adhikaar of Nepalese people as guaranteed by the Nepal Constitution. So let the Superme Court decide that. If SC says ordinance is against the people's rights to free speech..... then they should start agitating!!!!!!! I will respect the agitation then... but not now. Now in the name of bandh, these political parties popped up and took this press ordinance issue and took away people's rights to move freely within Kathmandu Valley.
