You're probably trying to find the capacity (not the speed) of your RAM. On Windows, please do the following: 1. Click on 'Start' 2. Select 'Run' 3. In the box that appear, type 'msinfo32' and click 'OK' 4. A new window will appear in a moment. There, in the 'System Summary', locate the value in the field 'Total Physical Memory'. It should be MB. That's the capacity of your RAM.
