i agree with izen. something that truly captures the essence on Nepal should be portrayed. Most of our songs are always about what we have(such as mountains, hills, brave past) Thats good, but what about an outlook into the fuure? One of the songs I read for SLC was "Kalamveer" by Madhav Prasad ghimire, and thats the only poem I can truly remember cuz it had some sense to it, "no more khukuri-veer, lets be kalam-veer." I think that poem should be the next national anthem. At least it reminds you to become a reader everytime you sing it in your high school assembly and not your king or anti-contraceptive messages (I'm referring to "praja failiyos") Jai Nepal.
