I've had that problem as well with the callin cards wherre they say 40 minutes but just give about 15 but there is no way we can blame SAN for that. All he is doing is givin space for the advertisment... you could have just written to him personally stating the problem instead of bringin stuff in public try to fake humiliate da dude.... ~peace~
