Hehe you people make me laugh. :) sunnyboy please dont tell me that you believe every commercials on Tv or Net....:D Advertising is about making people think they need Product X to spend money for it. Its a cornerstone of capitalism. There's a legion of people out there, and you have to make them think they need the thing you're selling. If you don't, the competition will. Maybe its just me, but I think most of you people are complaining about the nature of people themselves, not advertising per se. Advertising, while not always, tends to work. Thats why we are 'bombarded' with them. Decry it as 'brainwashing' or what-have-you, but remember there were prolly people complaining about the same thing in past. Advertisers can say anything they want as long as it is pretty much within reason. Seriously though... you have all the rights to complain and ask proper authorities to investigate illegal, misleading etc.. claims. As a matter of fact all commercials, adds etc are reviewed by lawyers before airing. In the cases of the products you bought bdidn't work you simply ignored to investigate the claims i.e. the fine print. This is just like those info-commercials. Open your eyes and read properly and if you think you are right then go sue them, may be you might have luck and win millions of dollars...hehe. But for heaven's sake the last person you complain is this site's owner. And why should he even care?...it's none of his business. So go sue those card owners.
