Drug users who've quit will be able to apply for intelligence analyst posts and will be judged on 'their likelihood of future usage', the paper said, rather than the current rigid cut off point of 15 marijuana sessions ever. "Recreational marijuana use is a fact of life nowadays," specialist lawyer Mark Zaid said, on welcoming the changes, "It doesn't stop Supreme Court justices from getting on the bench and doesn't stop presidents from getting elected, so why should it stop someone from getting hired by the FBI?"
