Hey Ram P, The old messenger that you're talking about might be Windows Messenger, which is part of your Operating System. You won't find it simply under Add/Remove Programs, but here's how you can find it: - Open Add/Remove Programs - On the left hand side of the window, you'll see 'Add/Remove Windows Component', click that - Scroll down to Windows Messenger and uninstall it from there Hope that helps!!!
