Madarasha teachers arrested with Prachanda's letter Rajbiraj, 17 Oct: Indian police have arrested two madarasha teachers with a personal letter of Prachanda from Bhela village in Birpur, Rajdhani reports. SSB raided a house where they were staying and arrested them. The letter was written on 24 Bhadra.
