I agree with captain. We're not here to create little Nepal. This indeed is supposed to be multicultural and multiracial society. But my point is, we really don't need to act repulsively to the people from the same country. Getting closer to people from your own country doesn't mean that you're narrow minded or whatever words you've mentioned above. There're many examples here of indians helping to nepali guys.
