I think the drss up by a girl is understandable.... it's actually natural phenomenon. A girl is becoming taruni.... sexually developing... and by nature she's looking for a mate!!! So guys by dressing up like that she is telling you all guys.. she is ready and challenging the most suitable guy(s) to approach her. It's up to guys now!! Nothing wrong... this is happening in the past, happens in present, and will continue to happen in the future as well. I don't hink it's bad though. Some race for political power, some race for money, some race for fame, some race for pleasure and when you are at ripe age will race for sex. On contrary, among most animals, it's the males who display in order to attract females.
