I wish I remembered the name of the book. There is a book on software development published back in 1990 or so. It is a collection of interviews and views from the top-notch ones, including Bill Gates, Allen and so on. The publisher was McGraw Hill(??). He had a lengthy discussion there. Nothing so particular. I'd call him a lucky one rather than a smart one, if choice has to be made. Just interesting, he will be giving his two daughters $20m or so each when they grow up.
