I came across this girl few years back in her college. She looked a bit different then; her upper lip has changed. I wonder if she really thought that was hot and did the surgery. And as someone mentioned above if she would like her picture here, let me tell you, from what I know of this girl, she is enjoying each and every moment right now. First of, most of the comments are compliments, and secondly she is quite an attention seeker, and usually carries around her big head. So her big head just got bigger. Someone even mentioned that she thought she was nepali Tyra Banks.
