Well if the girl kept looking at you, did you tell her you are ready for it. At least did you back up your ever-lasting availability with your fortune. She must have definitely wanted to know whether you had some thing to give her in return (other than that very handy useless thing)... like some nice italian shoes or gold/platinum bracelets or necklaces. Those shoes would have upgrade her to one who keeps talking to you now...
